AutoWall Mixed Panels

One start flow, producing several different end products. For modular manufacturers, and for anyone with a genuinely diverse product range — whether that is a large factory running several element types from the same infeed, or a smaller facility that cannot dedicate a line to one product.

A mixed line: the same infeed, different end products.
What the line does

One infeed. Several different elements out.

Most lines are built around one product. A mixed line is built around variation: the operator places materials at the stations the current element actually needs, and collaborates with the bridges to fasten and cut openings. It suits manufacturers who want to automate only a few steps, and manufacturers whose product range is genuinely diverse.

  • Frames, open panels and closed panels from the same start flow
  • Multiple manual work steps kept deliberately in the sequence
  • Stations that adjust themselves from the CAD data of the element in front of them
  • Suitable both for a large mixed factory and for a small one that cannot specialise
Example layouts

One flow, several different products

A mixed line is built around variation rather than one product. The brochure shows a single reference layout; in practice it scales from a large factory to a smaller facility that cannot dedicate a line to one element type.

Mixed line with large storage

One infeed, the line splitting so each element follows only the stations it needs, ending in a large storage area.

  • Frames, open panels and closed panels from the same start flow
  • The line splits so elements follow only the stations they need
  • Manual work steps kept deliberately in the sequence, on vertical stands
  • Scales from a major factory to a smaller, lower-output facility

These are example layouts, not a fixed catalogue. Every AutoWall line is puzzled together around your products, output, factory and building system — we plan the exact configuration with you in a pre-study.

What this line includes

An AutoWall Mixed Panels line can use the full station set

Framing, sheathing, insulation, membrane, turning, a work area and stacking — the line splits so each element uses only what it needs. Every AutoWall shares the same station platform, and timber and light gauge steel each have their own framing station, so the full breakdown lives on the AutoWall line.

  • Framing
  • Sub-assembly
  • Sheathing
  • Membrane
  • Turning
  • Insulation
  • Manual work
  • Stacking & storage

The other three

One base platform, four line types

The four configurations share the same platform, the same data chain and the same areas. What differs is how much of the wall you close in the factory, and how much of that work you automate.

AutoWall Frame

Automates the framing process and nothing beyond it. For frame builders, and for anyone who sheathes and finishes by other means.

AutoWall Open Panels

One face closed in the factory, one left open through production. The original AutoWall, and on a single sheet layer the fastest line on the market.

AutoWall Closed Panels

Both faces closed, insulation and membrane in the factory. More value added indoors, less work left for the site.
