BS05 — Working Table
A fixed table for building floor and wall elements in the horizontal position.
Products & systems / Butterfly Tables
Work, raise and turn: the tables your wall and floor build is built on.
Randek’s butterfly tables are the BS series of working, raising and turning tables for manufacturing wall and floor elements. Start with a single table for hand building, pair two to turn elements safely, or line up three or four to form a complete production line. For any builder working in wood or light gauge steel, it is a flexible, low-complexity foundation you can grow one table at a time.
Working, raising and turning tables (the BS series) for wall and floor elements. One table to start, two to turn, three or four to make a line.
The BS tables carry timber and light gauge steel wall and floor elements through building, raising and turning: full-size panels up to 12 m long and 3.65 m high, flipped without cranes.
For heavier elements there is the BS20 Plus: the same BS tables, built for heavier walls and floors.

A fixed table for building floor and wall elements in the horizontal position.

Hydraulically raises to 80° for dispensing elements in a vertical position, with rollers for outfeed.

Two tables working together turn the element being built: the receiver takes the wall element as the erecting angle passes 90°, then both are lowered.
The BS20 is a modular system: start with a single table and add stations as volumes grow, up to a full four-table line. These are the standard example configurations; we plan the exact set with you in a pre-study.

A single upraise table for open panels, curtain walls and other open components such as floors and roofs. The framework is built and boarded in one position.

The standard BS20 layout used by producers worldwide. An upraise and a receiver table turn the element between them, so you build and board on the first table and insulate and clad after turning. Produces insulated walls, floors and roofs.

Adds a station so the more time-consuming work after turning is split across two positions to raise capacity: build and board, then insulate and board, then cladding.

A full production line with a dedicated framing station plus an extra finishing station: build, board, insulate and clad across four positions for maximum line efficiency.
