Gable End Table
Build gable ends faster, straighter, safer.
The Gable End Table (GET001) is a working table developed for efficient pre-production of gable end elements. Pneumatic fixing holds a straight base while you build, and the adjustable setup adapts to different gable sizes: a safe, ergonomic way for any builder working in wood to prefabricate gables instead of assembling them on site. Available in two sizes for elements up to 4800 mm or up to 8400 mm.
A working table for gable end elements: pneumatic clamping holds a straight base while frame, sheathing and cladding all go on at one station.
- A straight base, every time. Integrated pneumatic clamping cylinders fix the timber for a consistently straight element base.
- Adapts to the gable. Adjustable settings make it easy to switch between gable sizes and shapes.
- Complete gable, one station. Frame, sheathing and wooden cladding can all be added at the table, with excess cladding trimmed off in place.
- Safe and ergonomic. Flexible, quick set-up keeps the build controlled and comfortable.
- Next to your butterfly tables. Gables can also be built on the Butterfly Tables. The Gable End Table is for factories that build many gables and want a station of their own.
How it works
Place the timber at the base of the table and fix it with the clamping cylinders. Add the remaining timber to form the element and nail it together, then add and fasten the sheets, apply the wooden cladding, and cut off any excess from the cladding step.
