ENTRY WALL LINE

EasyWall

Start prefabricating walls, then build on it.

EasyWall is a modular line for wall elements in timber or light gauge steel, built around a framing station and the Bridge RB2: the Framing Station FM1 for timber, or an LGS framing station with automatic screwing for steel. The operator places studs, plates and boards; the machines fasten the frame and the sheathing and can insulate the panel. You choose how much of that the machines take over, and add stations as your volumes grow.

A modular wall line for frames, open, closed and mixed panels in timber or light gauge steel: the operator places the studs and boards, the framing station and the Bridge RB2 do the fastening.

  • Frames to closed panels. One line builds frames, open, closed and mixed panels.
  • Your level of automation. Fasten boards by hand, with the operator-steered RB1 or with the CAD/CAM-driven RB2, and insulate by hand or with an RB2.
  • Turn without a crane. Easy turning tables flip the panel so the second side can be sheathed.
  • Grows with you. Start with the stations you need and add more as volumes rise, with no rip-and-replace.
TIMBER OR LIGHT GAUGE STEEL

Frames, open, closed and mixed panels

EasyWall builds the same four types of wall element on one line, in timber or light gauge steel. Each line frames one material: timber on the Framing Station FM1, steel on an LGS framing station with automatic screwing. Beyond that, what you choose is how much of the fastening and insulation the machines take over.

THE CHOICE

Four wall types, your level of automation

Every EasyWall is configured to your panels. The table shows the usual set-up for each wall type.

FRAMES

Frames

Open frames, fastened at the framing station.

OPEN

Open panels

Frames sheathed on one side, fastened by hand or with an RB1 or RB2 bridge.

CLOSED

Closed panels

Insulated and sheathed on both sides. Insulate by hand or with an RB2.

MIXED

Mixed panels

Open and closed panels on the same line, chosen per element.

THE MACHINES

Framing Station FM1 and Bridge RB2

Two machines carry the line: one builds the frame, the other fastens and insulates it.

Framing Station FM1

LGS framing station with automatic screwing

The operator places studs and plates; the station nails them and indexes to the next position. A fixed and a movable side set the wall height, so one station builds many sizes. More about the FM1

Driven from the CAD/CAM file. The frame is fed forward automatically in steps, and up to six automatic screwing units, three above and three below, drive the screws. More about LGS framing

Bridge RB2

Bridge RB1

Travels over the panel and fastens the boards automatically from the CAD/CAM file. Set up with insulation tools, it insulates the panel instead. Compare the bridges

Set up and steered by the operator from a handheld control box. With fastening active it nails automatically where it stands: one button lays a full nail row between the set end positions. Compare the bridges

The rest of the line

Stations around the two machines, chosen to fit your panels and floor space.

  • Easy working, buffer, transfer and bridge tablesPosition, hold and move elements along the line.
  • Easy turning tables U and RTurn the element so the second side can be worked.
  • Bridge RB1The operator-steered alternative to the RB2.
  • Sub-element handling SAT 1000 or EasySATHandles sub-elements on their way into the frame.
  • Rollers on standMove elements between tables and stations.
  • Membrane holder and membrane cut holderHold the membrane roll and cut it to length.
  • Panel Lifting ToolLifts and stacks finished elements at the end of the line. More about the Panel Lifting Tool
  • UpriserRaises the finished element at the end of the line, as an alternative to the Panel Lifting Tool.
