A new timber frame factory, fitted with Randek robotics
Bellway Home Space opened in January 2026: a 135,000 sq ft timber frame factory developed in partnership with Donaldson Timber Systems and fitted with robotic machinery from Randek, ramping up to around 3,000 homes a year by 2030.
