A complete production line for prefabricated timber wall elements, comprising CNC-controlled framing, drilling and marking units, sheathing and fastening stations, multifunction processing portals, turning and erecting workstations, and angle transfer units.
The line is designed for both external and internal walls and handles elements up to 7,200 mm in length, 2,700 mm in height and up to 400 mm in thickness, with a standard working height of 700 mm. The system supports a wide range of wall configurations and is fully integrated with CAD/CAM for automated processing.
