Wall Element (interior and exterior)
Framework in steel
•    Max L =     6 000 mm
•    Max H =    3 100 mm
•    Min H =    2 250 mm

•    Max thickness steel frame =    220 mm
•    Min thickness steel frame  =     70 mm

Floor and Roof Element
•    Max length =    11 500 mm
•    Min length =       3 880 mm
•    Width =      3 630 mm,  !!!Fixed width!!!

•    Max thickness steel frame =         220 mm
•    Min thickness steel frame =         100 mm

•    Weight max roof element = 1400 kg
•    Weight max floor element = 2100 kg.

The framing station is equipped with welding tool. The joining can be done with welding, screwing or riveting.

 

A. Floor / Roof Line

Transport speed in line:
•    In length direction 0.6 m/s
•    In perpendicular direction 0.3 m/s

Pos 1 Computerized Framing Station
•    Framing station for production of framework in steel frame. The operator chooses actual element from display, the data is feed using a diskette on the machine. The data can also by fed in manually by the operator. Electro magnets are keeping the top and bottom plate in position during welding. The operator is welding the studs to the framework. The tool in installed on a balancer and runs on a rail above the station. When the stud is welded the operator gives ok signal and the framework is fed forward to the correct position for the next stud automatically.
•    One side of the station is fixed and the other is adjustable in width, the adjustment in width is done with motor and controlled by a measure device.
•    The station is equipped with 2 nogging supports making it possible to build sub components directly in the station.
•    Both floor, roof and walls are produced in this station. The steel frame walls are after this station fed to the wall production line and the floor and roofs are continued forward.
 
Pos 2 Angle transfer of walls and working station for floor and roofs. 
•    The station has 3 chain conveyors for transport of building components.
•    Pneumatic squaring function sideways for floor and roof, and end stop support to be used when squaring.
•    For angle transfer of walls the station is equipped with pneumatic upraisable driven wheel conveyors.
•    Floor in the station in order to be able to walk into the station, 250 mm below chain conveyors.

Pos 4 Upraiser for turning, sheet station and manual work station 
•    The station has 3 chain conveyors for transport of building component from previous station. Pneumatic squaring function with end support.
•    Prepared for adding of nailing bridge later.
•    The turning function is done with hydraulic cylinders and is controlled with a control device.
•    The station can be used as working station when element being in 75 degrees angle. Use national restrictions where to work when the station is semi-erect.
 
Pos 6 Receiver station, insulation station and installation station.
•    Receiver station movable sideways in order to create good working space between the stations next to each other. The station has 2 chain conveyors.
•    Pneumatic squaring function with end support.
•    The turning function is done with hydraulic cylinders and is controlled with a control device.
•    The station can be used as working station when element being in 75 degrees angle. Use national restrictions where to work when the station is semi-erect.

Pos 7 Working station, buffer station
•    The station consists of 2 chain conveyors length 5 m. To be used as manual working station or as buffer station.

Pos 8 Working station, angle transfer
•    The station consist of 2 chain conveyors in length direction and 5 upraisable chain conveyors in perpendicular direction, between each chain conveyor are rollers for extra support.
•    Pneumatic squaring function. 
 
Pos 9 Working station, buffer station.
•    The station consist of 5 chain conveyors in perpendicular direction, between each chain conveyor are rollers for extra support.

Pos 10 Working station
•    The station consists of 5 chain conveyors in perpendicular direction, between each chain conveyor are rollers for extra support.
•    The station is movable sideways approx. 22 m.
 

B. Wall Line

The wall line consists of 4 stations to be used for production of exterior and interior walls in steel frame. The wall production is based on the successful concept of BS20.

      
Pos 29. Wheel Conveyor. NEW

Pos 30. Working Station NEW
•    Working station with pneumatic squaring function
